Requests about an order

For a return, exchange or refund question about an order from ironbullstrengthco.shop, email support@ironbullstrengthco.shop. Include the order number, item, selected configuration and an explanation of the problem. For damaged or incorrect goods, retain packaging and provide photographs when available. Do not include full payment-card details.

Before sending goods back

Contact customer service before shipping an item. We will identify the applicable return arrangements for the order. The business contact address on our Contact page is not automatically a return destination.

A voluntary change-of-mind return depends on the terms actually offered for that purchase. Contact customer service for the terms applicable to your order.

Refund handling and legal rights

If a refund is due, the applicable amount, method and legal time limits must be respected. Payment-provider processing is separate from the merchant’s refund action. A stated commercial warranty does not replace legal warranties.

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights concerning nonconforming, defective or undelivered goods, or cancellation rights available under applicable consumer law. Contact us if an item does not correspond to its description.
