Alpha Grips 2.0" I3

Alpha Grips convert a bar, dumbbell or cable attachment to a 2" diameter grip quickly.

This diameter is intended for beginners using thick grips for the first time.

The thicker grip is designed to increase muscle-fibre engagement in the hands, forearms, upper arms and upper body through the irradiation effect, supporting size and strength development.
