Advanced Barbell Pad with Velcro E0

Extra-thick padding cushions bar contact in squats, lunges and hip thrusts.

The padded surface protects the neck during squats and the hip bones during hip thrusts, supporting comfort and lifting form.

A Velcro wrap makes fitting quick and secure, including on smaller barbells, and helps prevent the pad working loose.
