Competition J-Cups C7

Sandwich-style Competition J-Cups use an oversized UHMW core to protect the bar and rack when reracking heavy lifts.

Internal UHMW plates prevent metal-to-metal contact at the rack. The cups support regular 1-inch Olympic bars through thicker 2-inch specialty bars.

They fit 3x3in racks with 5/8-inch holes; slide them onto the rack and rotate to lock.
