Lifting Hooks Z5

Lifting hooks support heavy pulling exercises such as deadlifts, rows and pull-ups when normal hand grip becomes limiting.

The hook profile supports hand security and lifting form; thick 8mm neoprene spreads pressure over the wrist.

Set the hook-and-loop fastening to the wrist for secure, comfortable support through heavier training.
