Lifting Hooks E5

Lifting hooks support heavy pulling exercises such as deadlifts, rows and pull-ups when normal hand grip becomes limiting.

An ergonomic shape supports a secure hold, while an 8mm neoprene wrist pad cushions pressure points.

A fully adjustable hook-and-loop closure keeps the wrist support positioned during demanding lifts.
