Mini Bands U7

Mini Bands have a 12" loop format for constant resistance without additional weights.

Use the snap-resistant bands for glute activation, hip stability, warm-ups, mobility, stretching and appropriate rehabilitation work involving glutes, quads, hamstrings and hips.

A set has 5 colour-coded levels from Extra Light to Extra Heavy. Combine bands for more resistance, and carry the lightweight set for home, gym or travel use.
