Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar Y2

The multi-grip pull-up bar uses 1.25" gripping positions for pull-ups, chin-ups, muscle-ups and attaching bands or gym rings.

Narrow positions emphasize the inner lats, middle back and biceps; wider positions shift emphasis toward the outer lats.

Heavy-duty construction and textured powder coating give the bar a secure, durable gripping surface.
