Advanced Barbell Pad A6

The extra-thick pad adds cushioning to a barbell for squats, lunges and hip thrusts.

It is designed to cushion the neck during squats and protect the hip bones during thrusting movements.

The supporting cushion is intended to improve comfort and help maintain form when lifting heavier loads.
