Band Pins C4

Band pins let a rack and resistance bands add progressive resistance to barbell training.

The band runs from the pin at one end to the barbell at the other, creating a variable-resistance setup.

Choose the pin position to suit the rack and the desired positive or negative resistance on the barbell.
