Band Pins C4

Band pins let a rack and resistance bands add progressive resistance to barbell training.

Run one end of a resistance band around the mounted pin and connect the opposite end to the bar to establish variable resistance.

Choose the pin position to suit the rack and the desired positive or negative resistance on the barbell.
