FT-PL Cable Attachment for Power Rack F0

The plate-loaded attachment adds cable pulldowns, rows, crossovers, presses and curls to the side of an Iron Bull Strength rack.

A 2:1 pulley system halves the handle resistance, so a 20 lbs load gives 10 lbs of resistance; 12" Olympic loading horns allow up to 540 lbs on each side.

Adjust the trolley on internal bearings and secure it with the pop-pin. Oversized machined aluminium pulleys run on performance bearings. Standard fit covers most metric 3x3 Iron Bull Strength, Titan Fitness and Rep Fitness racks; confirm any custom fit for true 3x3 racks such as Rogue or Bells of Steel before ordering.
