The plate-loaded attachment adds cable pulldowns, rows, crossovers, presses and curls to the side of an Iron Bull Strength rack.
Its 2:1 ratio makes 20 lbs loaded feel like 10 lbs at the handle. Each 12" Olympic horn accepts up to 540 lbs per side.
A bearing-guided trolley locks with a pop-pin, while machined aluminium pulleys and performance bearings provide smooth tension. It fits most metric 3x3 racks, including Iron Bull Strength, Rep Fitness and Titan Fitness; true 3x3 Rogue/Bells of Steel fit needs a confirmed customization arrangement.
