Safety Spotter Arms A7

Heavy-duty steel-tube spotter arms provide support beneath the bar during demanding rack exercises.

Fit and adjust the arms on the Iron Bull Strength 3 x 3" rack system at the position required for the movement.

Use the rack support position to provide a catching surface for the bar when a heavy set reaches its limit.
